It means that I can offer you a simple way of getting the body you want even if you struggle for time and hate gyms there is always a way to achieve your goal. Most of your weight loss however may come through constant laughter as I’m a bit of a messer and don’t take myself serious at all . Don’t worry though I will try to be professional when helping you { joking of course}

Each workout is YOUR workout. Every time you step into the gym or get ready to do your home workout, you will know exactly what to do, and exactly how to do it. No more guesswork, no more missed steps. Just personalized programming designed to lead you down a straight path.

Each meal is YOUR meal. Ever have that moment of panic where you don’t know what to eat? You know you should be eating something healthy and physique friendly, but you’re not sure exactly how to make that happen at each meal. No longer. Instead of just handing you a sample diet to follow, I will educate you on why Calories are king when it comes to Fat Loss and NOT eating tons of Foods you don’t even like.

You still get to live YOUR life. The workouts will be designed to not take up a lot of tour time as I know you’re busy . Quick but challenging routines to keep you motivated are the best approach so you can get back to the kids or work commitments asap while losing Fat and Toning.

Each month, you’ll be given a training program based on my assessment, and the previous months progress. Your meal plans will change depending on where you are relative to your goals. With constant E-mail support, I’ll be able to make the necessary adjustments and speed your progress along.
