Stop worrying about the wrong details
Meath Fitness ~ Too many people are worried about what’s the best Supplement or Fat burner or the latest skinny tea or coffee or magic formula or whatever it is that will get them the body they want. The last question to get asked is normally OK what can i do Nutrition and Exercise wise to help.
If your 20% plus body fat then all you need to be concerned with is improving your Nutrition and adding in some regular exercise PERIOD.
If you want to lose fat your first and only goal HAS to be , GET INTO A SLIGHT CALORIE DEFICIT AND UP YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES.
So wasting money on a pile of supplements or worrying what’s the best sit ups to do when you first need to drop body fat is pretty pointless. Now I’m not saying don’t do sit ups as there is a time and place for everything but sit ups alone will do very little to help you drop body fat. Nothing in fact .
By getting your Nutrition on point first and regular exercise your body fat begins to drop. You can of course add in sit ups after your workout but don’t just think by doing them alone you will suddenly have a six pack appear. Your abs only appear when your body fat is low 12% for guys and 20% for ladies. The only way to achieve this is Nutrition on point and REGULAR exercise.
I sound like a broken record i know but this really is the only way . So forget fat burners or shakes that make you sick or that you can’t eat with ( this is not proper nutrition) and instead drop your calories slightly and move your ass .
There are no short cuts for lasting results I’m afraid to be the one to break it to you.
This industry seems to prey on the emotions of people to get them to buy the latest craze weather it is magic coffee for RAPID fat loss or bloody electric shock machines to give you abs like the model advertising it ( who by the way achieved their body through hard work and good nutrition) when in the back of your mind you already know that a better grasp of your nutrition and exercise is the ONLY way .
