With so Many People suffering from Anxiety or Depression I want to highlight the many benefits that regular exercise can have on your state of mind. of regular exercise can have on your State of Mind.

Exercise makes you feel better . A bold statement I know and I’m not suggesting it is the answer to all life’s problems. Regular exercise releases what’s called Endorphins . Endorphins is basically a happy hormone . This is why we feel so good about ourselves after a workout. Now who doesn’t want to feel like this, yet many still see exercise as a chore. Exercise is used to obtain a short term goal like going on holidays or doing so because they’re told to by their doctor.

You don’t have to run a marathon to feel this positive hormone. A regular 30 minute workout is enough to help you start to feel and look better . We all want to look better but in fact the main thing we are after is the feeling that looking better gives us. We do things for the feeling they give us.If exercise makes us feel better it shouldn’t be at the bottom of our to do list. It should be at the top.

Exercise improves your confidence and is also the quickest way to lose weight. I see it with so many of my clients. They start off not being able to body squat and through regular repetition under bar squatting they lift weights they never thought possible. This is the CONFIDENCE that exercise brings.

This feeling of achievement makes them feel happy. It creates a desire for more of that happy feeling and achievement and so regular training follows. Endorphins are nature’s natural HIGH. Will regular training comes fat loss or muscle gain depending on the type of training you’re doing. This physical change to your body adds to your overall confidence. You Start to see Exercise in a more positive light. You feel Positive {Feeling} you get my Point?

Positivity and Negativity cannot operate in our Minds at the same time.
Have you ever noticed that when you you are thinking Negatively,everything that day seems to not work out for you. This is because your mind is focusing on the negative in everything and that’s all you can see.
Same goes when we think positively we see things better , the negative is not there because you are in a different state of mind . If exercise makes you feel positive, happy and confident , then WHY NOT KEEP DOING IT!
