Ways To Lose Weight ~ We LOVE our sugar – , chocolate, sweets, ice-cream, fizzy drinks.. the list goes on! Unfortunately but that’s where the Love ends as SUGAR just doesnt love you back.
It can be BAD for our overall Health not to mention our waistlines. Research has shown that we as adults consume up 22 teaspoons of the little shits per day. 22 bloody Spoons .
Put it this way there are 10 spoons of sugar in a can of your favourite Fizz and don’t give me all that “ I drink Coke Zero” crap. They are all still full of additives and gases which are harmful to our bodies. You can fecking clean up an old penny in a class of the stuff.
Doing a Detox is the best way to curb your Sugar Cravings . This does not mean you can never eat Chocolate or sweet things but it does give you better control of your Cravings .
Step 1 : Make the decision to change. Aa detox will help reset your Brain and Body.
Step 2 : Go Cold Turkey for 7 Days . Stop all forms of Sugar , White Bread, Sweeteners, processed foods, Juices , Fizzy Drinks .
Step 3: Add Protein to each Meal, Lean meats , eggs , Fish etc. Also Healthy fats like Nuts, Seeds , Coconut oil, Avocados .
Step 4: Eat Lots of Veg, Green is best. All veg is Fine though.
Step 5: Try to manage stress. When your stressed your Cortisol is elevated. This will rise your hunger and fuel those sugar cravings.
Final Step: Get the right amount of sleep. Sleep is important for your body to function but also if your up too late each night you tend to crave and eat more.
