Walk , Jog , Run , Cycle , Weight Training , Hiit Training , Hell Dance if thats your thing . Just do Something. Adding Exercise to your hopefully now Cleaner diet will without doubt bring about Fat Loss.

High Intensity Interval Training {HIIT} has been proven to be one of the most Effective Methods of Training when it comes to dropping Fat fast. This can be something as simple as adding in short Bursts to your Run or Cycle . Lets say you Run at the same pace for 5k well why not try add in a 30 second sprint every K . This alone will speed up the process. Pushing yourself to the max for durations of up to 30 seconds is an Awesome way to burn Fat FAST.

Ok you have no time to Jog , Cycle etc.. Have you a backyard or any area big enough for short sprints . Pick an area approx 50 meters long and run as fast as you can, Jog back slowly catching your breath. REPEAT 10 TIMES, Kick ass Fat burner right there.

If the Gym is your Thing then Join in Some Hiit Classes or design up your own. I post a quick but Brutal routine up last week give it a go.

The take home message from this is to Start being active. If you already are but see no change you NEED to up the Intensity.
