Maintaining your weight loss journey over Easter can be a difficult one when you’re knee deep in chocolate eggs! My first bit of advice is to never deprive or ban yourself from eating the things you want. From my experience it tends to lead to bingeing behaviour and that’s no good and counter productive for your weight loss.

So keep it simple. If you want to have chocolate, know your daily calorie intake and keep within that limit. In order to have your chocolate bar ,you may need to eat a salad for dinner with your chicken instead of potatoes or pasta.

The other alternative is to do some Exercise. a 1hr brisk walk or a 30 run min will burn off the calories from a 300 calorie bar of chocolate.
